I've never seen anyone prepare a whole chicken or other animal ever. Maybe Americans with their Turkeys are the last ones, but no one else wants to do such a hassle anymore. The most tedious thing I tried was making Chinese style dumplings and it took me 2 attempts... It took me hours of my life. LOL.
