Star-chaser Liang Weiwei (Wang Luqing) accidentally entered the costume idol drama which starring by Jing Qing (Cheng Lei) and became the queen who was set to die in the third episode.

@Kakangntlhaokip Haokip Thanks for getting back to me. I always wonder why so many contemporary Chinese costumed TV drama attracted so many international fans--i think they do a fairly good job in delivering the dramatic tension via the character's performance and storyline design without relying that much on the character's dialogue. So that you can enjoy the other aspects of the TV drama and guess what is happening there based on screen images without recourse to the Chinese language. Sorry I am thinking a lot about this international fandom but could not figure out why as I am a mandarin speaker.
