Putin strategy in Ukraine is considered territorial operation. That;s why they try not to harm civilians. Some ukrainian nationalists think that Russia is weak because their tank and soldiers are easily captured. But that's the point. If they go full war like the US in middle east, ukrainians will be shot the moment they try to stop tank.

You read too much ukrainian nationalist propaganda. They even said that russians lost in Kiev a few days ago, while actually, the russians didnt even in Kiev. Ukrainians win in INTERNET only. In reality, they are in the mercy of the russians.
