A cleaner was seen standing outside a window on the tenth floor of a building without taking any safety precautions, in northwestern China’s Ningxia Hui autonomous region.

中国宁夏回族自治区，一名清洁工站在一栋十楼的窗户外，没有采取任何安全措施就工作。

The flat owner tried to convince the cleaner to come back inside, but she refused and insisted on continuing to clean without a proper harness.

It's very heartwarming to see them fully committed to their work, but i do hope that the company would forbidden this type of cleaning way or atleast provide them with various tools that can easily save a life. I do understand that they've doing this everyday but there is a high possibility that a day would come and instantly makes things worse.
