@CHITRIKART It's not arranged marriage. These people are basically forced to have sex to increase the human population. Two random people are chosen by chance for a breeding session. They wear masks during copulation so that they wouldn't know who each other are, and therefore not develop any attachment for each other. As Adrian mentioned above, love relationships are forbidden.
