China has declared that the giant panda is no longer on its list of endangered species.

The announcement in July 2021 followed decades of conservation and breeding programme efforts in the country, which is now home to more than 1,800 giant pandas.

@Lucian Putting them out in the wild will not save them. Think about it, finding bamboo, they sleep too much and they only can breed 3 days of the year. They are precious animals and need to be taken care of.
