Unusual footage of a panda was captured on camera in a nature reserve on January 1, 2022, in Sichuan province, China. The video shows an adult male panda standing on its forelegs while urinating on a tree. This action is only known to be performed by male pandas. Reports suggest that leaving their urine higher off the ground will carry their scent farther away. This, in turn, attracts more potential female pandas for mating.
