Every year during this season, people will be very joyous. As families start to kill their annual pigs, we began to enjoy one annual pig feast after another. After the annual pig feast, we will also preserve the remaining pork for the next year. After being busy the whole day preparing for the annual pig feast, we sat by the fire and enjoyed some barbecue. It seemed all the exhaustion had gone away, with only the flavor of meat left in our mouths and happiness in our hearts.

每年这个时候，村子里可热闹了，挨家挨户开始杀年猪，我们也开始串着门吃年猪饭，杀了年猪也要储备接下来一年要吃的肉了。外婆的爱，给我一整年吃肉的幸福。

I think this is the fourth year I'm watching Dianxi, and ever year she records the annual pig festival. By now, I'm familiar with what she's making (the blown pig lungs, blood sausages, and preserved bones) but I still watch every video as if it's the first time.
