Very mouthwatering, I love seafood so much so if I have the time and the ingredients available I'll definitely make this! It's kind of hard to find fresh octopus in Indonesia so I'll probably replace it with large sized squid.

If i will put crab into a freezer (so he will freeze to death) instead of stabbing him, is it gonna make a difference in the flavor?

Ya. It'll toughen up the meat. But you don't have to freeze it. You just need it cold enough so it kills it's senses.
