Sigh... I didn’t really want to drop this but I had to. I don’t know if the author thought a turtle MC would be a way to keep this story from being like the rest, but I personally want no part in it.

This story defies the heavens with its humor. I seriously have laughed in real life more times than I can count while reading this.

A very lighthearted cultivation story, with a shameless MC, a shameless master, a righteous sect that is actually righteous. It's all awesome, I cannot recommend this enough to those who like humorous stories.

The main character is transmigrated from another world. He is utterly confident in his genius and skill due to him believing he is the main character. He succeeds a 100% of the time, and in my opinon it would be more interesting if he failed more. The comedy in this series is a bit of a parody of wuxias, as he repeats observations about the tropes in wuxia web novels that nobody else understands.

主人公是从轮回世界来的。他完全信任自己的智商与技能，毕竟相信自己是“主角”，他的胜率是百分之百。不过我认为他如果能失败几次的话故事会有趣得多。

小说中的笑点经常发生于“武侠”题材，他经常吐槽武侠网文中的各种梗，而其他人完全不懂。

This could be the best novel in this genre I have ever read. The story is good (and originell thats rare) , funny (thats rare too) and action. I like the MC. I would prefer more romance but its fine. The biggest issue is... The MC's power, in this kind of novel I expect a very powerfull MC with many diffrent skills but those are the most boring and sh*t skills I have ever seen. Thats a big issue in a xianxia novel.

I don't always write reviews, but when I do, it's either because the novel is really good, or really bad. Despite all the positive reviews, in my opinion, this belongs in the latter.

First of all, the positive. The world background is unique, and certainly above average. The relationship between characters is decent.

Now, the bad things.

The most important thing, the humor. While I did chuckled once in awhile, for the most part, it's just painful to read. The author tried too hard to force the comedy.

If you want an actual humorous xanxia, try A Will Eternal. This novel is just a really bland and vulgar slapstick comedy.

The translator can't differentiate past tense, present tense and future tense. The translation quality is rather bad for this sites standards, but no one in their review ever mentioned this, why is that?
