There was a youngster in Western Han Dynasty who broke the wall of his room to let moonlight in to study as his family was poor n has no money for lamp’s oil. He became a prime minister later. Also in Hong Kong early 60s , youngsters of poor families who lived in sub-divided flats in tenement buildings , had to study in the under a 40 Watts incandescent light bulb in the stairwell after mandatory light out by 10pm inside the shared flat.

@Kenshee Dicdican 13 th century is not so so past . Many indian kingdoms had prime ministers , health ministers , revenue ministers etc during the era .so it is very much likely china too had prime ministers .
