If anyones wondering, this chinese anime or otherwise known as Donghua, is drama focused. It deals in political intrigue, back stabbing, harem drama and some real ass holes. There is SOME action, but not alot. There is a bit of comedy mixed in throughout, but mostly on part of the FMC whose a bit of a ditz sometimes. The love story is pretty good though and you really get a sense of them falling in love with one another as they both try to survive through the struggle for the throne.
